Terms of Service

1. Who we are

HFAI Cloud ("we", "us") is operated as an individual project. There is no registered company behind it, and no company address or registration number to give you. We are reachable through the community at t.me/HFAICommunity.

We do not designate a governing law or an exclusive forum for this agreement.

2. Your account and your wallet

• You sign in by proving control of a Solana wallet (Sign-In With Solana). There is no email address and no password.
• Your private keys never leave your device. We never ask for them, and we cannot recover them for you.
• You are responsible for the wallet you connect and for everything done through it.
• One wallet gives you one balance and one set of API keys.

3. Credits and payment

• Credits are prepaid. You buy them by paying $HFAI at a USD peg: $10 of $HFAI buys $10 of credits.
• The peg is one-way. Credits are spent on inference; they are not redeemable for $HFAI, for cash, or for anything else.
• Each request is metered and charged from your balance at the model's list price, as published at api.heartflowai.net/v1/models.
• There is no subscription and no minimum spend.
• Credits are non-refundable. Once purchased they are not refundable or exchangeable, whether or not they have been spent.

4. API keys and usage

• API keys look like hfai_live_…. A key is shown once and stored only as a hash, so we cannot show it to you again.
• You are responsible for keeping your keys secret and for all usage they authorise, including usage you did not intend.
• A free tier is available on one model for anonymous visitors and for signed-in wallets with no credits. It is subject to published abuse limits and may change.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use HFAI Cloud to break the law, to attack or overload the service or its providers, to circumvent the abuse limits, or to infringe anyone else's rights. We may rate-limit, suspend or end access that does.

6. How inference is provided

Requests are served through a third-party inference provider under our account. Model availability, context windows and prices follow the published catalogue and can change.

7. The $HFAI token

• $HFAI is a token on Solana. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
• We make no promise about the price, liquidity, or future value of $HFAI, and no promise that it will be listed anywhere.
• Buying $HFAI on a secondary market does not send money to the project.
• Credits are not a security, a deposit, or an investment product, and carry no expectation of profit.

8. Availability and changes

• The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, change, limit or discontinue features, models or the free tier at any time.
• We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes.

9. No warranty

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Model output can be wrong. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or losses arising from your use of model output. We do not state a cap on our liability here, but nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your access

You can stop using HFAI Cloud at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or to protect the service or its providers. Because credits are non-refundable, ending your access does not create a right to a refund of any unused balance.
