Two surfaces.
One harness.

01 / WHICH IS WHICH

A signpost, not a description.

The details live on the children.

HeartFlow Harness is the name two surfaces share, and this page only sends you to the right one: the platform list, the approvals, the command and the distribution state all live on the child pages.

The desktop surface is the one with windows: documented for Mac, Linux and Windows, its reference build is Windows v12, and its page explains what it does to your files and when it stops to ask. It is the surface with the desktop evidence behind it. If you came for the distribution state, that page states it plainly: source release planned, builds unsigned.

The terminal surface is the one without windows: a single command against the repository, and its page carries that command, its requirement and its approvals. It is the surface that shares the family name and none of that evidence.

Both were checked against this site's own harness copy, which is where every claim on the two pages comes from.

The evidence is on the homepage.
